Special Populations


Special populations are defined as:

  • Individuals with disabilities.

  • Individuals with economically disadvantaged families.

  • Individuals preparing for non-traditional fields.

  • Migrant Workers

  • Single parents, including single pregnant women.

  • Out-of-workforce individuals.

  • English learners.

  • Homeless individuals.

  • Youth in or have aged out of foster care.

  • Youth with parents on active duty in the military.
